These Terms of Service govern the use of the CampusInHand platform. By accessing or using the service, schools and authorized users agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using CampusInHand, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the educational institution you represent.
2. Description of Service
CampusInHand provides school management software, role-based portals, communication tools, reporting, and onboarding or support services depending on the subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
Schools must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and remain responsible for activity taking place under authorized accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload harmful content, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Pricing changes, billing schedules, and service suspension terms are governed by the commercial agreement with the school.
6. Data Ownership
Schools retain ownership of their institutional data. We process that data only to provide and support the service under the applicable agreement.
7. Service Availability
We work to provide stable access to the platform but may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency actions when necessary to preserve service quality and security.
8. Intellectual Property
CampusInHand and its related product assets remain our intellectual property. Schools may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited according to the commercial agreement and applicable law governing the use of the service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate service according to the notice and data-export provisions defined in the school’s subscription agreement.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will communicate material changes through the site or administrative notices where appropriate.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction agreed in the applicable commercial arrangement.
