- Define class-wise fee structures, discounts and late fine rules in software first
- Confirm which fee heads can be paid online vs counter-only

Use server-verified payments through a gateway such as Razorpay so fee status updates only after confirmation. Parents should receive digital receipts on email and in the portal immediately.
